It is recommended to book as soon as possible, ideally 6-12 months in advance, especially for popular dates. However, I will do my best to accommodate last-minute bookings if my schedule allows.
To confirm your booking, a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total fee are required. The remaining balance is due 1 day before the event.
I am based in Bristol, UK, but I’m happy to travel anywhere to perform at your wedding. For the 2024-2025 season, I’ll be based in Melbourne, Australia from November to April and in Santorini, Greece from May to October. I have had the pleasure of performing at events in various countries, including Thailand, Vietnam, Bali, Dubai, Seychelles, Mexico, USA, France, Italy, Spain, South Africa, Greece, and Australia. Yes, I am available to perform at both indoor and outdoor weddings. For outdoor events, please ensure there is adequate cover in case of inclement weather to protect the instrument.

The length of my performance sets varies depending on the performance package booked. I can perform anywhere from a 15-minute show to a maximum of 4 x 45 minute sets or equivalent.
Yes, I bring my violin and all necessary equipment. If amplification is required for larger venues, I can provide a sound system or coordinate with your venue’s audio team.
